Marc R. Labgold, PhD is a registered U.S. patent attorney with nearly 30 years of experience specializing in patent litigation and international commercial arbitration. He is an international arbitrator and Member of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). His clients include recognized leaders in the biotech, chemical, pharmaceutical, in vitro diagnostic, medical device, telecom, consumer electronics and semiconductor markets. Dr Labgold is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive international experience in complex litigation involving patent infringement, theft of trade secrets, unfair competition and breach of contract. He regularly serves as lead counsel in international arbitrations and related proceedings in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Japan and the United States.
