EDWARD HOWARD
Ed is Managing Partner of Howard IP Law Group, an Intellectual Property law firm based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. His practice covers the full range of intellectual property procurement and counseling, including patent preparation and prosecution, advising on intellectual property acquisition and enforcement strategies, providing opinions on patent validity and non-infringement matters, responses for Inter Parties Reviews (IPRs) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and counseling and assisting clients in procurement of trademark, copyright and trade secret protection. Before founding the law firm in 2004, Ed served on the Partner's Board of an Am Law 100 law firm and headed the Intellectual Property section of his prior firm's Princeton office.
