Dave Inder Comar is the Managing Partner at Comar Mollé LLP, and specializes in investment and securities work, corporate governance, investor and fund diligence, and dispute resolution. Comar is known for his ability to implement enduring solutions to challenging legal problems in a variety of industries and corporate technology spaces.
