Luke Conner is an English law qualified solicitor with over 13 years of experience in the Russian legal market.
Luke specialises in corporate finance, M&A and banking transactions in the Russian market and internationally. Luke also has significant experience of litigation, real estate and private client matters.
Luke founded Conner & Co in the autumn of 2015, with the vision of creating a different law firm for the Russian market, mixing international and local expertise, with flexible working practices and a more modern and friendly client face.
Luke also is the President of the British Business Club in Russia, a member of CiArb and an appointed arbitrator for the Arbitration Center in Moscow.
