Drawing on extensive experience with two top international law firms in New York City and San Francisco, Chris advises a wide variety of clients on commercial real estate and general business matters, including investment funds, property owners, technology companies, developers, utility companies, small business owners and individual investors. Representative matters include purchase and sale, leasing (all asset types), joint venture, finance, construction, easement, license, brokerage, non-disclosure and professional services agreements. After six years of big law and a position with an investment bank as in-house counsel, Chris opened his own comprehensive real estate and general commercial practice in 2010 with a goal of providing sophisticated legal services to clients in New York and California, with the benefit of personalized and efficient attention to all matters.
