I work with clients on the identification, development, protection and enforcement of their Intellectual Property assets and rights, in both the United States and Jamaica. My clients come from a variety of industries, such as luxury goods, financial services, information technology, chemicals, consumer goods and entertainment, and I have helped them with copyright and trademark prosecution, clearance, policing and enforcement, anti-counterfeiting/customs surveillance and enforcement, licensing, and due diligence. I also specialize in Entertainment Law, and represent many of Jamaica's top producers and artists with recording artist agreements, master use agreements, publishing and synchronization agreements, and endorsement and sponsorship agreements.
