She worked as a Corporate lawyer and Partner, based in the Dubai office of one of the largest international firms in the Middle East, for 13 years. Prarthna specializes in cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, collaborative arrangements and general corporate work, including matters relating to corporate governance, primarily in the Middle East region. In addition to corporate advisory and transactional matters, Prarthna also advises a number of family businesses in the Middle East on succession planning issues.
