Mary handles complex bankruptcy, banking and creditors rights matters in the bankruptcy courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee. She also handles a significant amount of real estate litigation involving title disputes, easement and restrictive covenant issues and other real estate problems. Mary has also worked on hundreds of zoning and permitting issues for telecommunications towers successfully permitting towers in the hardest jurisdictions in East Tennessee.
