DENNIS ZAKAS
Dennis Zakas focuses his practice in the capital markets field and concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures and complex commercial transactions. At large firms Zakas handled over $100 billion of transactions. He also has experience representing numerous technology companies and growth companies as outside general counsel and in a variety of transactions, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and technology licenses. Zakas often represents institutional and individual equity investors. Zakas has considerable experience advising clients in complex, unusual, challenging and/or financially-distressed situations.
