My practice covers most business-related agreements and is centered on information technology and on data privacy and security. Typical matters involve the business needs of technology focused companies (software developers, software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers, systems integrators, web-based companies, cloud service providers, FINTECH, artificial intelligence and machine-learning, "big data" analytics, consulting services providers) and the technology needs of companies in non-tech sectors. For clients in the technology space, my concentration is on day-to day business activities (licensing, sales, development, distribution, strategic partnerships, integration arrangements) centered primarily on revenue-generating and business development-related transactions. Services for non-technology-oriented clients typically include the acquisition of technology-based products and services, as well as issues relating to data privacy and security.
