Krisanne draws on her broad-based transactional experience and business background to provide practical legal advice at every stage of the business life cycle, from formation to eventual exit. Krisanne’s career spans 18 years with a practice that includes business, M&A, securities, corporate governance, Nevada LLCs, local counsel opinion work, estate planning and non-profit organizations. Krisanne regularly negotiates and manages sophisticated M&A transactions, including deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and advises on structuring those transactions in a tax efficient manner. Krisanne is currently the Chair of the Nevada Bar Tax Section.
