IRVIN TYAN

A graduate of Stanford University and the University of Michigan Law School, Irvin Tyan has diverse outside counsel experience at large, mid-sized, and boutique firms in intellectual property and commercial business matters, with wide-ranging appearances in federal and state courts, appellate courts, ITC, and JAMS mediation and arbitration. Irvin has also served as General Counsel of several SaaS software startups, where he oversaw all legal, transactional, intellectual property, and compliance matters. Irvin is now the founder of Incugal, a legal incubator focused on providing outside general counsel services to technology startups in the SaaS software, fintech, and healthtech space. He served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James Ware, former Chief Judge of the Northern District of California.
