Andrew Eills represents a wide array of health care providers including hospitals, physician practices, and health care joint ventures, as well as business entities that invest in and support them. His practice encompasses the areas of compliance, employment, regulation, and transactions. His regulatory experience involves matters stemming from the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Physician Self-Referral (Stark) law, EMTALA, licensing of physicians and of health care facilities, HIPAA and state privacy laws, and MACRA. Andrew has extensive transactional experience in matters involving health care entity formation and mergers, and his regulatory practice frequently involves charitable trust and non-profit governance. Andrew graduated from Stanford University in 1984, and he earned his law degree from Tulane University School of Law in 1987.
