Tim is dedicated to protecting the interests of enterprises and the people who own and run them in high-stakes controversies with their peers, competitors, investors, and the government. Tim advises clients on compliance issues to manage risk, conducts investigations for them when potential trouble arises, and represents clients in state and federal courts in a broad range of controversies including business litigation, corporate governance disputes, trade secret and employment issues, and matters involving allegations of securities violations, breaches of fiduciary duty, and financial fraud. Before opening his own firm in 2016, Tim practiced for more than 15 years with the premier international law firms of Latham & Watkins and Dentons.
